Moving forward, the Dehwa ESG Working Group will further strengthen relevant training programs to deepen our culture of integrity, continuously creating a safe, fair, and just environment for both our employees and society.

2025 Sustainability Targets

1. Board Oversight & Decision-Making: The Board of Directors actively participates in corporate governance and key decision-making, convening regular strategic meetings annually.
2. Regulatory Compliance & Training: Update regulatory information quarterly and conduct corresponding internal training programs through the Dehwa’s ESG Working Group.

Business Integrity

Dehwa Construction is dedicated to promoting business integrity, aligning with international standards, and gradually integrating them into its management framework to ensure that all operational activities strictly comply with legal and ethical standards. At the same time, Dehwa Construction commits to respecting human rights and adhering to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and relevant labor laws—strictly prohibiting child labor and discrimination while ensuring that supply chain partners uphold these same principles.
To foster sustainable development and deepen its culture of integrity, the Dehwa ESG Working Group regularly conducts risk assessments, strengthens internal controls, and enhances employee training to continuously improve environmental management and regulatory compliance.

Cybersecurity Response & Protective Measures

Internal Security Incidents: Rapidly assess the damage or operational errors, and activate backup and recovery solutions.
Malware Infections: Immediately isolate infected devices upon detecting a virus or malware intrusion, and perform malware removal.
Cyberatacks: Disconnect network connections immediately upon detecting unauthorized intrusion, and patch security vulnerabilities.
Natural Disasters or Unforeseen Events: Rebuild systems following a disaster using off-site backup data.
Network Disruptions: Swiftly identify the point of disruption, manage network traffic, and carry out emergency repairs.

Risk Management

► Through a comprehensive risk management framework, comprehensively identify and manage potential market, construction, financial, and regulatory risks to ensure operational stability and smooth project execution.

► Establish clear roles and accountability frameworks for suppliers and contractors, implementing prompt corrective actions to resolve construction delays and quality issues to minimize potential impacts on project execution.

► Convene comprehensive management review meetings on an annual basis to rigorously assess cross-departmental operational risks and formulate corresponding strategic action plans.

► Prioritize workplace health and safety by conducting regular, structured site inspections to safeguard employees, enhance operational security, and maintain overall construction site safety.
