Dehwa Construction Honored with Model Award for Comprehensive ESG Performance at 2nd Taiwan Sustainable Architecture Awards (TwSAA 2026)

On the environmental front, Dehwa completed GHG inventory verifications (ISO 14064-1) for its headquarters and construction sites. The company developed an in-house carbon tracking system and implemented BIM technology to reduce calculation errors and material waste. Additionally, Dehwa implemented site water recycling systems and electronic approval workflows to advance energy saving and carbon reduction.
On the social front, Dehwa is committed to establishing a robust occupational safety education system. Beyond daily self-inspections and scaffolding checks, new personnel must complete 6 hours of safety and health training to ensure foundational site safety. Senior staff conduct experience transfer and case-sharing sessions during internal training, accumulating over 180 annual hours across internal and external training to deepen safety awareness, strengthen site emergency response, and build a culture of safety.
On the governance front, Dehwa centers its supplier management framework on ESG, implementing ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards in 2025. By collaborating with partners to deliver safe, transparent, and sustainable engineering value, Dehwa fosters supply chain alignment, risk resilience, and elevated governance standards across the industry.
