[TAIPEI, July 2026] — Dehwa Construction Co., Ltd. announced that it has officially obtained the ISO 20400:2017 Sustainable Procurement Statement of Verification (Verification No.: THSP24388-00), issued by AFNOR Asia, Ltd. on July 2, 2026.
ISO 20400:2017 is an international standard issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) that guides organizations in integrating sustainability into their procurement processes. Covering seven core subjects—organizational governance, human rights, labor practices, the environment, fair operating practices, consumer issues, and community involvement and development—it serves as the benchmark for establishing a systematic sustainable procurement framework.
This verification encompasses Dehwa Construction’s engineering and general procurement operations. AFNOR Asia independently verified that the company’s procurement practices strictly align with and effectively implement the guidelines and principles of ISO 20400:2017.
Dehwa Construction officially initiated the implementation in 2025. The process involved comprehensive stages including training, stakeholder survey analysis, identification of core ESG procurement issues, policy formulation, and the establishment of a supplier management framework, culminating in a successful two-stage international verification.
