Sustainable Procurement Policy

Dehwa’s Sustainable Procurement Policy

Upholding our core values of ‘Integrity, Quality, Environmental Protection, and Safety,’ Dehwa Construction publicly commits to the following five fundamental principles as the cornerstone of all procurement activities. We require all suppliers to jointly comply with these principles and systematically oversee their implementation.

1. Fairness and Integrity

Procurement decisions shall be guided by the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality to ensure procedural transparency and maintain fair market competition. Any form of fraud, improper benefits, or conflicts of interest shall be strictly prohibited.

2. Quality and Safety

Procured engineering works, materials, and services shall comply with regulatory standards and quality requirements. High priority shall be placed on occupational health and safety (OHS) as well as end-user health and safety, ensuring the structural safety and long-term durability of buildings.

3. Environmental Responsibility

Procurement decisions shall integrate pollution prevention, environmental protection, and resource efficiency. We encourage the adoption of materials, equipment, and construction methods with lower environmental impact to support the sustainable use of resources.

4. Social Responsibility and Human Rights

Respect human rights, diversity, and equality. We require suppliers to provide a safe, healthy, and non-discriminatory working environment, and to properly safeguard the security and privacy of personal and proprietary information.

5. Partnership and Supply Chain Resilience

Build mutual trust and collaborative relationships with suppliers, prioritize service quality and grievance mechanisms, and enhance overall supply chain stability and sustainability performance through continuous communication and improvement.
